oh i expected a simulation not a demonstration

it’s cool to see different muscles sliding past eachother tho

    2. I thought it was a turtle at first—now it’s permanently burned into my brain

    3. I recently had a left shoulder half replacement(the ball) and this is really really cool to see. Explains why after 8 years of declining range of motion and strength it’s a slow go getting it back. Super cool

Saw the spoiler, felt confident in desensitization from my years of exposure to internet horrors. Watched the video. Put down my burrito to finish later…

Perhaps I am not as TuffMan McInternet as I thought I was 🥺

Mine did not move like that. After 50 years in the trades it’s a lot more like gears that are bruised.

As someone with a partial tears in the head of the biceps, labrum and rotator cuff as well as severe osteoarthritis in the AC joint (and with surgery recommended), this was both disturbing to look at and extremely helpful.

So like what happens if your shoulder blade slides out from behind that lower muscle? It looks like it’s very close at all times!

Dear Dear Person who´s in this video,

thank you for donating your body to science. this was indeed interesting to watch. I actually had to take of my jacket and move my arm along the vid out of curiosity.

This is so fucking cool. Can the bottom part of that shoulder blade slide out from all that muscle ? It seems so precarious at the tip. How do I see more of this lol
